These hoops are originally used to hold the fabric during the embroidering process. But, in recent times, they have been used to make different types of art. Look at how many beautiful things you can create with them:
1. How about displaying your favorite fabrics in the wall, as little portraits? This lovely idea is from The Purl Bee blog.
2. Important dates (such as anniversaries and the baby’s birth) can be exhibited and highlighted in the decoration. Available at Kim Art.
3. A brooch, earrings and other small little treasures display. Via One Sheepish Girl.
4. Learn how to make your own cellophane stained “glass” window with Estéfi Machado‘s beautiful and easy DIY (in portuguese).
I’ve never tried one of Dona Dinda‘s snacks. And, I must confess, I’m not a huge fan of frozen food. But how can anyone resist this super cute packaging design created by Victor Biasi? Adorable.

Michelle Williams, always so beautiful. These pics were taken by Mikael Jansson for Interview Magazine (may 2011). The interview, by journalist and novelist Vendela Vida, is a bit old but very interesting (especially when the actress talks about the shooting of Meek’s Cutoff)!
