minishop Confetti

Minishop Confetti is a temporary pop-up shop in the centre of Rotterdam, that will be open until the 27th of May. However, for those who haven’t got the chance to visit the shop, the products are also available in the online shop, which will stay open after the pop-up shop closes. Minishop Confetti ships internationally, so, no mather where you live, you can buy one of the amazing works of:

* Iefke de Roos (handmade, handdeyed clothes, scarfs & bags)
* Elke van den Berg (unique porcelain cups, bowls & buttons)
* Lennebelle (fine silver & gold plated jewellery)
* Mari(e) (awesome everyday leather shoppers)
* Miga de Pan (pretty knitting from Adriana from Buenos Aires)
* De Draad (to brighten up your kitchen, handwoven towels and more)
* Niche (for the love of fresh flowers – available instore only)

A few of my favorites:

minishop Confetti favorites

1. Tassel bracelets, by Lennebelle.
2. Handmade bowls, by Elke van den Berg.
3. Giraffes, by Miga de Pan.
4. Heart rings, by Twinklebird.

The great thing about this shop is that all the designers have a true passion for their work and for handmade products. Lenneke (from the lovely Lennebelle jewelry) conceived this project thinking about unique and small designers, whose creations make her heart jump with joy. There are so many beautiful items, it’s impossible not to fall in love!

Favors With LoveFavors With LoveFavors With LoveFavors With Love

Have you ever came back from a party or event with a dull and useless party favor, that ends up going straight to the trash can? That would never happen if the favors always came from Favors With Love. There are so many great options, it’s hard to pick the best ones. My favorites are:

– “Sweet as can Bee” ceramic honey pot with wooden dipper
– “Cute as a Button” scented button soap
– “Scoop of Love” stainless-steel ice cream scoop
– “Two Peas in a Pod” ceramic salt & pepper shakers

So cute!

SkinCeuticals AOX+ Eye Gel

Yesterday I went to the L’Oréal headquarters for the launch of a new SkinCeuticals product: AOX+ Eye Gel, a antioxidant serum-in-a-gel for the eye area that combats photoaging and signs of fatigue.

AOX+-Eye-Gel da SkinCeuticals

The event began with a delicious breakfast and lots of chit-chat, followed by a presentation about the product. AOX + Eye gel prevents signs of aging, reduces the appearance of puffiness and it’s suitable for all skin types. I’m eager to try it and see the results!

Besides AOX+ Eye Gel, we were able to check out other SkinCeuticals products, like Hydrating B5 (moisture-enhancing gel) and Retexturing Activator (resurfacing and replenishing serum). I’m also very interested in the CE Ferulic, elected by InStyle magazine as the best anti-aging antioxidant for two years in a row.
